就读于高等院校或私人培训机构的全日制学生，满足一定条件，可以获准在学生签证有效期内每周工作最多20小时，条件如下：
Your visa conditions will allow you to work up to 20 hours a week if youare doing a full-time course that:
• 进行至少2年的课程；或
is at least 2 academic years in duration, or
is at least 2 academic years in duration, or
• 作为认可的高等教育交换生，进行为期至少1年的课程；或
is at least 1 academic year in duration and part of an approved tertiarystudent exchange scheme, or
is at least 1 academic year in duration and part of an approved tertiarystudent exchange scheme, or
• 以完成一个新西兰的学历为目标，并有资格获得技术移民类别的积分。
全职工作
获得圣诞新年假期（暑假）期间的全职工作权利，条件如下：
Your visa conditions will allow you to work full-time during the Christmas andNew Year holiday period if:
